SQUATS- My Review on how to do This AWESOME Lower Body Work Out


Squats!

One of the best lower body workouts you can do is a squat.  Doing your squats properly will ensure that you do not injure yourself and that you get the most benefit from doing this exercise.

In my video I review how to do squats and show you a couple variations of squats you can do.

Here is a quick squat workout you can do:

Do as many sets as you can for 15 minutes:

No weight
25 Air Squats regular (to challenge yourself, see how fast you can do these with proper form)
25 Sumo Squats  (to challenge yourself, see how fast you can do these with proper form)
25 Plyo Jump Squats (squat low and explode up into a jump.  Land on the balls of your feet, softly)
25 Plyo Sumo Squats (squat low and explode up into a jump.  Land on the balls of your feet, softly, keeping your stance wide on these)

45 second rest and repeat for 15 minutes.
