Fit Tip: Fight Those Cravings!



We ALL have had those moments!  We have done so well on our diet and working out!  The someone brings in the cup cakes to celebrate someones birthday and they wave them right under your nose.  You want to be good, but darn it!  They smell so good and you are getting weak!

Here is the answer to keep those cravings at bay and you on track with your goals!
